Are there physical tickets? 
No. We do not provide physical tickets. We have your name on our list, so just show up!

Is food included in the ticket purchase?
Yes! We provide light fare, wine and water during intermission for no additional charge.

Where do I park?
Parking is on the premises along the road to the barn and is clearly marked with a sign upon arrival. We also allow drop offs close to our doors for patrons with difficulty walking. 

What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 3:40pm.

How long does the concert last?
Concerts typically end around 6:00pm.

Are there assigned seats?
No. Seats are first come, first served!

I can no longer attend the concert. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, but we encourage you to donate your tickets to a friend.

Can I make a donation?
Yes! The Steinway Series at Silo Hill is dedicated to reinventing the way people experience classical music while raising awareness for Parkinson's research and support services. Your contribution helps provide support to those you suffer with Parkinson’s Disease and gets us that much closer to finding a cure.

Can I rent the barn for a private event?
Unfortunately, the barn is part of a private residence and not available for rent.
